At Ki ThoughtBridge, Ms. Schraffa assists both Principals in the organization. As Coordinator for Program and Client Services she acts as liaison with client contacts, coordinates the logistical components of Ki ThoughtBridge engagements, and prepares presentations and materials.
Prior to joining Ki ThoughtBridge, Ms. Schraffa owned and operated her own coffee shop, and worked as a customer service representative and administrative assistant at Boston Communications Group.
