Jeff Wing


Jeff Wing is a Senior Consultant and founding member of Ki ThoughtBridge. Before he joined Ki ThoughtBridge, Mr. Wing worked with the Harvard Negotiation Project, training law students, attorneys and other professionals in principled negotiation. Mr. Wing was also employed by the Kansas State Board of Agriculture and the law firm of Bryan Cave in Kansas City, Missouri.

At Ki ThoughtBridge, Mr. Wing consults with clients regarding complex, multi-party conflicts and transactions, and provides training and facilitation in the areas of negotiation, relationship management, and systemic change to private and public sector organizations and multinational corporations in the United States and around the world.

His work includes successful facilitation of mergers between formerly competitive organizations; repair and reconstruction of damaged working relationships between organizations and their customers and between organizational divisions; training of labor and management teams to execute collaborative collective bargaining contracts; and mediation of public disputes. Organizations with which Mr. Wing has worked include Arthur Andersen, Eli Lilly & Co., Motorola, Eastman Chemical Co., Deloitte & Touche, American Century, the NAACP, the State of Minnesota, numerous national and state-level government agencies, and school districts across the country.
