Alexander Kuilman


Alexander W. Kuilman
is an attorney and a consultant in the field of negotiation and conflict management. He has advised clients on negotiation strategy and mediation applications. His practice includes mediation and negotiation training and consulting in a wide variety of settings throughout North America. In the private sector, he has worked with a number of Fortune 100 global companies in several industries including professional services, manufacturing and software development. Mr. Kuilman typically works with middle to senior level executives, helping them improve their negotiation effectiveness through training, consulting and one-on-one coaching.

In the public sector, Mr. Kuilman has advised a number of governmental agencies, namely Revenue Canada and the IRS, as well as Human Resources and Development in Canada. He has worked in Japan, Guatemala, Honduras and Ecuador. 

Mr. Kuilman previously practiced general litigation in the law offices of Heenan Blaikie LLP in Toronto.  Mr. Kuilman still acts as a French prosecutor for the City of Hamilton, Ontario, is a member of the Upper Canada Law Society, and is an Adjunct Professor at Université de Montréal's HEC. He is fluent in French.
