Prior to 2004, Ms. Jardine worked for Inter Cultural Management Associates, an international management consulting firm that helps executive boards, managers and teams bridge cultures and successfully manage change across cultural boundaries. There she consulted on projects for clients including Airbus, INSEAD, France Telecom, Dimension Data, EADS Telecom, Electricité de France and ExxonMobil. She helped clients work more efficiently and effectively across cultures in mergers and acquisitions, remote teams and international projects. She was the Project Manager for ICM's book on bridging cultures in the corporate environment, which was published in May 2002.
Before her work at ICM, Ms. Jardine worked full-time at Ki ThoughtBridge, where she helped clients resolve disputes and manage change. She also trained hundreds of people in negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Her clients included Fortune 500 companies, governmental institutions and educational bodies.Ms. Jardine has also worked as a corporate lawyer in Sydney and she specialized in a degree on conflict resolution and negotiation at Harvard University. Upon the invitation of faculty, she stayed as a Visiting Scholar to teach, research, mediate in the Boston courts and train mediators.Ms. Jardine has been published in a number of academic journals. She has also lectured at Harvard University, H.E.C., the University of Louvain and the University of Sydney. She regularly makes presentations at corporate conferences. She has lived in Australia, Japan, the United States, England and France. Ms. Jardine works in English and speaks French.
