CAMBRIDGE, Massachusetts – January 31, 2006 – Ki ThoughtBridge, is pleased to announce the appointment of leadership development expert, Katherine Tyler Scott to managing partner of the firm's Indianapolis office. With the addition of Katherine and her expertise in the area of adaptive leadership skills to the firm's team, Ki ThoughtBridge is expanding its client services to include leadership development and organizational and community transformation. In her thirty five years of program and management experience, Katherine has helped to design and develop The Lilly Endowment Leadership Education Program and several other national leadership programs curricula.

Prior to joining Ki ThoughtBridge, Katherine was the founding director of Trustee Leadership Development, Inc., a national resource center in Indianapolis, Indiana that specializes in improving governance leadership.
Katherine is author of the thought leading books, The Inner Work of the Leader, Creating Caring and Capable Boards, and Stories from the Circle. She is also contributing author to Spirit at Work, edited by Jay Conger and published by Jossey Bass. She was the editor of Leading Ideas Newsletter for 12 years and has written numerous articles on the topics of leadership and change.
Katherine will be based at the firm's new headquarters in Indianapolis. Katherine will be joined by Jackie Englert as Business Manager at this new office location. Jackie has held similar positions of administrative responsibility in Banking and Manufacturing, and has served as staff to a business alliance of mid-to large size corporations.
Ki ThoughtBridge has hired the Wellesley Hills Group to assist in the effective communication of its uniquely integrated approach of working with business, education, and philanthropic institutions.
