Leadership Development Training: The Inner Work of the Leader

Ninety percent of the challenges leaders deal with on a daily basis are adaptive challenges, but ninety percent of the training they receive is technical. Ki ThoughtBridge delivers the training that closes this gap - The Inner Work of the LeaderĀ®.

The Inner Work of the Leader workshop gives participants resources and tools that increase their capacity to lead with competence and integrity, authority, and authenticity.

The Inner Work of the Leader helps you to:

  • Define leadership, and understand the theory and practice behind it
  • Identify and develop your individual leadership potential
  • Assess your own leadership style and effectiveness
  • Develop the discipline of great leadership
  • Measure your own emotional intelligence
  • Create your personal leadership development plan
