Ki ThoughtBridge's Constructive Conflict Management Tool Kit
By Irma Tyler-Wood

According to the Centre for Conflict Resolution International,
unconstructive, unresolved work place conflict has high organizational costs. Managers, who should be focused on business goals and outcomes, spend anywhere from 30% to 42% of their time dealing with conflict. Over 65% of performance problems in the work place result from strained relationships between employees, not from deficits in employee skills or motivation.

Studies reveal a direct correlation between the prevalence of employee conflict and the amount of damage and theft of inventory and equipment. According to Dana Daniel, Measuring the Financial Cost of Organizational Conflict, "Unresolved conflict represents the largest reducible cost in many businesses, yet it remains largely unrecognized." Ki ThoughtBridge designed the Constructive Conflict Management Tool Kit to recognize and address the problem of unconstructive workplace conflict.

The cost of the Kit is $250.00 which includes a cd and 2 sets of laminated tool cards. (Cost does not include shipping)

If you, your team or your organization would like a detailed description of the contents of the Kit, or to purchase the Kit or secure training on the use of the Kit please download a copy of the full Conflict Kit Description or contact Sue Schraffa at sschraffa@kithoughtbridge.com

"I can only say that you are super. Your style, mannerisms, ability to listen and reframe an issue to the acceptance of the group is phenomenal. You create a non-threatening atmosphere that allows participants to focus in on issues they are trying to resolve.

You are task oriented and it is done with humor yet at the same time, you can make mid-course adjustments and get the folks to adhere to them. It has been a wonderful experience working with you. I have and will continue to recommend your services.

Thanks for being you."
