"Of Leadership Wyoming's four core aspects, the Inner Work of the Leader teachings and experiential learning's are the most valuable. Inner Work is integral to the entire program.

The Inner Work language has become a common bond for Leadership Wyoming graduates, regardless of profession, hometown, or age. According to survey data, Leadership Wyoming graduates from different class years actively use Inner Work teachings on a regular basis."
