Ki ThoughtBridge believes that most effective leaders are self-aware and self-differentiated. Whenever we work with clients on issues, we know that the kind and quality of organizational leadership will be a key factor in their ability to obtain desired results.
Whether the presenting problem is change, conflict, strategic planning, staff morale, team building, or goal attainment, the thread that connects them all is leadership. But, it is a special kind of leadership required in a time of complexity. To address this, Ki ThoughtBridge is offering the Inner Work Institute (IWI) for executive leaders. This year-long program for established leaders in designed to help participants assess their leadership style and strengths, identify areas of improvement, and develop a plan of disciplined practice that will increase their competence in leading others.
