INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – March 14, 2007– Ki ThoughtBridge is pleased to announce that it has renewed its contract with The Community Progress Initiative of South Wood County (CPI) and will continue to work with Community leaders in the mid region of Wisconsin. The Foundation, in partnership with the Heart of Wisconsin Business Alliance, initiated The Community Progress Initiative three years ago. CPI is the catalyst for regional economic development and community transformation in Wisconsin.
Ki ThoughtBridge is helping achieve the CPI vision through continued training with and coaching of leaders in the first Institute and through consultation and planning for the selection and training of the leaders in the second institute.
Ki ThoughtBridge's Integrated Model of Leadership® is helping leaders in Wisconsin address the adaptive challenges in their communities with integrity and success. Increasingly Community Foundations across the nation are finding that this approach to leadership development is the most effective way to address the problems and issues communities are facing.
